Projects span in-store merchandising systems, pop-ups, branded structures, and outdoor brand activations, translating campaign narratives into physical retail and urban environments. Work includes seasonal and evergreen initiatives, retail touchpoints, and large-scale installations, requiring consistency across global brand systems while adapting executions for regional markets and varied spatial constraints.

House of Beauty retail event design for Sephora Mexico City, translating Caudalie’s brand system and codes into a modular, immersive pop-up environment. The work focused on adapting global visual merchandising assets for a market-specific execution, integrating product storytelling, consultation spaces, and localized Spanish messaging, contributing to a 30% lift in Caudalie sell-through during the event period while maintaining consistency with the brand’s established design system.
